Banxico (Mexico's central bank) experienced intermittent SPEI delays between 14:20–15:45 UTC. VexaPay queued affected transfers automatically; all settled within 4 hours of the upstream issue resolving. No transfers were lost. Customer-facing delay averaged 22 minutes.
A configuration deploy introduced a memory leak that caused elevated 5xx error rates (peaking at 2.1%) for 11 minutes between 09:04–09:15 UTC. Auto-rollback triggered and resolved the issue. Idempotency keys ensured no duplicate transfers were created for retried requests.
